The principal product segments are floor gullies, stainless steel floor channels, indoor waste systems, tubes and fittings, stainless steel interiors and stainless steel sanitary ware. The group has a turnover of just over SEK 800 million and currently has 300 employees. The head office is located in Ystad.
BLS Industries goes to the market with many strong brands, such as – JAFO, Purus, Unidrain and Trio Perfekta. The brands are operated as separate companies with a high degree of independence and in competition, which gives each brand unique possibilities to promote its own product and concept development in close contact with customers and markets.
BLS Industries’ brands are represented in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Great Britain, but also in other parts of the world. For example, the Purus and Unidrain brands are focusing increasingly on new markets outside the Nordic region in their expansion plans.
For increased efficiency and profitability, it was decided to gather together all technological and manufacturing expertise, production and warehouse and logistics functions centrally for the brand companies.
BLS Industries has, through the three manufacturing units in Sweden – located in the cities Ystad, Smålandsstenar and Lönsboda – solid experience and specialist expertise for liquid injection moulding of plastic, working of stainless steel plate and surface treatment.
